Alex Huppertz

 

Alex Huppertz works with individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax planning, and guardianship matters. His focus is on providing practical advice, protecting what his clients have built, and helping them plan with confidence for the future.

 

Alex brings a unique perspective to his practice from his years of experience both inside and outside the courtroom. Before focusing on estate planning and tax matters, he represented clients in family law and criminal defense cases. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the legal, financial, and personal issues that can arise during difficult times, as well as the problems that can result when proper planning is not in place.

 

That background continues to shape the way Alex advises clients today. He believes effective estate planning involves much more than preparing documents. It starts with understanding a client’s family, finances, priorities, and concerns and developing a plan that makes sense for their particular situation. His approach is proactive, with an emphasis on anticipating potential problems, reducing uncertainty, and making sure his clients understand the decisions they are making.

 

Alex also helps families when circumstances require more than advance planning. He guides clients through trust and estate administration and guardianship proceedings and advises on related tax and business matters. Regardless of the issue, Alex strives to make complicated legal and tax concepts easier to understand and to give his clients clear, practical guidance throughout the process.

 

A Wisconsin native who grew up in Delafield, Alex is proud to serve the community he has long called home. He values the relationships he builds with his clients and enjoys becoming a trusted resource for families as their needs change over time. Outside of his practice, Alex enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
