
Jyllian Schwendeman
Jyllian grew up in a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota always aspiring to become an attorney. After graduating from UW-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in integrated liberal studies, Jyllian moved to New York and enrolled in the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. Jyllian was a member of Hofstra’s Law Review and President of the Dispute Resolution Society with which she competed nationally in negotiation competitions. She graduated with an honors concentration in business law. Following law school, Jyllian returned to Wisconsin to begin practicing law where she accepted her first position at Riverwood Law & Tax, S.C.

Jyllian provides comprehensive legal and tax services to individuals, families, and fiduciaries, with a focus on estate planning, special needs planning, probate, and trust administration. Her practice is dedicated to helping clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal and financial matters with confidence. She also assists with individual and fiduciary tax preparation, tax dispute resolution, and real estate transactions, offering practical guidance and personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
